Helping CoinDCX solve one of the biggest problems for most tech companies : talent acquisition and employer retention and employer 

As a brand this big, the only roadBLOCK faced was getting quality talent to join. Creating an IP for hiring that could stand out from the clutter of all the hiring posts. Apart from creating an IP for hiring, we also formed the tone of voice for all employee communications. This involved working on the career page content including the job description. We also are completely involved in all the communications that go on from the company to the internal employees as well as all external prospective employees.

Great employer branding is an important aspect of any company’s overall branding strategy, and it can have a significant impact on the success of a business.

  1. Create a strong brand identity: Defining the CoinDCX’s employer value proposition and promoting the brand as a great place to work, by revealing and boasting about its uniqueness to an employer. Our content was focused on key selling points such as opportunities for career growth, work-life balance and a supportive work culture. 
  2. Leveraging employee advocacy: Promoting CoinDCX as a great place to work by leveraging the enthusiasm of current employees through reels and positive experiences/testimonials on social media and other online platforms, as well as highlighting employee success stories.
  3. Industry events: Building a strong employer brand by participating in industry events and conferences. Having a strong presence at these events and showcasing the brand’s values and culture, through attractive installations and engagement booths to grab the attention of top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.

Through these employer branding strategies, we helped position CoinDCX as an attractive employer and build a strong, engaged workforce.

Content & copy

We started our roll with forming our own IP for hiring called – Bad poetry great jobs.

This not only worked well in terms of getting the attention it needed, but also served as consumable content for the audience who wasn’t our TG.

When it came to events, we got all the attendees flipped out of their minds with our installations. Bringing the ‘fun’ aspect to all our events with the right message.
