A data driven, testimonial led campaign designed to amplify the voice of the brand’s existing customers & create an opportunity for them to share their experience with prospective buyers. It also opened up a window for the brand to hear their customers & gather invaluable feedback. Supported by influencers for amplification, the campaign helped the brand launch the capsule collection with great success.  We conducted an immersive research project with 300+ customers across the country who had experienced the product during the test launch phase. The data gathered from the research was converted into content snippets to build trust in the product with an endorsement coming straight from fellow parents.
